Additional Infos Two versions of it were originally copywritten in 1964, both with words and music credited to Brian. But Brian didn´t cut a track until March 1966.
The song was first conceived during the today sessions and kept by Brian and altered for Remember The Zoo? and then changed again for Pet Sounds.
The "Tape Identification Data" sheet shows that there's one layer of group backing vocals in the song. If you've got the SOT Pet Sounds volumes, you can hear them behind Brian's takes on the song's lead vocal. The reason that they're not that obvious in the final version is that it appears Brian overdubbed them twice, so that the final result is predominantly Brian.
