Additional Infos In the "Feel Flows" lyrics sheet in both the original vinyl and the 1990 CD reissue we find these two lines:
"Whether surface joy will ever be found
Doesn't matter if it's ever around"
If a track was ever recorded including the mystery lyrics is not known. There's only one multi-track tape for "Feel Flows" and the only lead vocal track on it has the released version (with the released lyrics). Probably, the "mystery" lyrics belonged to an earlier lead vocal, but it would have been wiped out when the final vocal was recorded. Unless a 1/4-inch tape or an acetate dub exists somewhere with a mixdown of the song with that earlier lead vocal, then it's lost and gone. For what it's worth, there is no such mixdown tape in the Beach Boys' vault, so the only possibility might be that one of the Beach Boys has it in their private collection.
